Field Crews

Currently, KDCS is seeking carpenters with 5 - 10 years experience to assist in the construction of both light commercial and residential projects. Experience with laying out projects, framing and finish work is critical.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to excel in a merit-shop based work environment. All work is anticipated to be performed within the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

Architectural Staff

Our KDCS design team is seeking a graduate architect with 3-5 years experience. A mix of technical and design experience is preferred.

Design employees will have the opportunity to participate in all phases of the design and construction process.

AutoCAD experience is a must.

Design work responsibilities shall include the design of new historic infill projects within the urban context, historic preservation-based renovation work, and new commercial projects.
