EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Owens has eight (8) years of experience in the residential/commercial construction industry including both new construction and complete restorations. Duties have included field carpentry work, field supervision, project management, project scheduling/staffing, estimating and project administration. As a member of Kenrick Design/Construction Services, Jim plays an integral part of this organization by providing a bridge between design, construction and construction management services for our varied commercial and residential clients. Currently, he is managing several very different types of projects using our sub-contractors and our own in-house construction staff. Whether it is the renovation of a series of once dilapidated, historic buildings in Lafayette Square or the new infill construction of four fee-simple townhouses in the Soulard Historic District, Jim has the experience to efficiently complete the project.
