Construction Project Manager

EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Duffe has six years of experience as a project manager in residential/commercial construction.   The majority of his work has been mixed-use urban infill projects.  Robert has completed a total of 400 condominium/apartment units, 90,000 square feet of retail space and five structured parking garages.  As a project manager, he is responsible for establishing budgets and schedules, reviewing and valuing construction documents, organizing plans into bid documents, writing subcontracts and purchase orders, and tracking and maintaining construction budgets.   Prior to entering the construction industry, Mr. Duffe worked for eight years in the design consulting industry as a civil engineer.  His emphasis was on civil site planning and producing construction documents for commercial, residential and municipal projects.
